Many of us feel overwhelmed, fearful of something or caught in a spiral on a daily basis, and it’s difficult to know how to break out of thoughts and behaviour that can so easily impact on our lives negatively without us even realising.
That’s where Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy can help.
Ultimately understanding a greater sense of unity within yourself and feeling more in control is possible. And, by reframing thoughts and feelings and introducing positive, healthier ones - in a bespoke way that’s as individual as you – the results could be life changing. If you really want to make a change for the better and have the commitment to make it happen, a more content, happier you is completely achievable.

I’ve always been interested in people and the power of the mind and have nurtured that fascination by studying evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBT and Hypnotherapy combined). I enjoy working with all types of clients and gain enormous satisfaction seeing them reach their goals, overcome problems and feel much better about themselves – more than they ever thought was possible. Providing release and relief for palliative patients is also an area that I'm particularly interested in (having lost my mum and sister to cancer) so relaxation and image-related therapy can be enormously beneficial to a variety of clients at different stages.
More about SallieClient Testimonials
"I had hypnotherapy sessions with Sallie for anxiety, low self-esteem and depression when I was going through a divorce. I was feeling lost, depressed and insecure. Sallie helped me enormously as she was so patient, understanding and such a nice lady. I now feel a lot happier and positive about my future. Thank you so much Sallie." G SedefMore testimonials >s
