Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and how it works
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy combines CBT with relaxing and safe Hypnosis which makes for swifter and more deeply embedded results than either therapy alone. New – healthier more positive – pathways are explored through a variety of gentle techniques and, because CBH is evidence based, it’s actually proven to work.
After a free phone consultation, there’s a 90 minute assessment (during which goals are agreed), followed by treatment sessions of an hour in length (the amount of sessions also to be mutually agreed at assessment stage).
During hypnosis the client is fully aware of everything that is going on and being said, and can stop the process at any time.
As well as being bespoke, all sessions are conducted in a confidential, non-judgemental and collaborative environment in my private therapy room in Wheathampstead – a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of town (see Contact page for more details).Contact me >

Full detailed assessment and agreeing of goals (90 mins) - £60
Subsequent treatment sessions (1 hour each) - £60
*Smoking Cessation (a one off 2 hour session plus FREE booster or follow up) - £200
